To be eligible for a rewarding role as a personal care aide with Essential Home Care, you must meet the following criteria:

Be at least 18 years old

Possess a high school diploma or GED

Live in Indiana

Have reliable transportation

Successfully passed a comprehensive background check

Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
